Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood actor and writer whose talent has earned her recognition as well as critical praise. Sagittarius born the actress was born on December 3, 1960 at North Carolina. She's the eldest of three siblings, born to Peter Moore Smith who was the paratrooper.
